Passover Chicken

8 Tbsp butter
8 Tbsp flour
1 ½ cups chicken broth
6 Tbsp white grape juice or apple juice
6 to 8 drops tabasco sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Boil boneless chicken breast. Add onion, salt and pepper to the water. This is your broth. Layer the chicken and sauce in a crock-pot/slow cooker. Cook for 1 to 1 ½ hours at 300.
