Chicken/Tuna and Rice Casserole

2 cans tuna, drained or 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
4 cups cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
Salt to taste

Optional:
grated cheese

Combine all ingredients. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Top with grated cheese if desired before serving.
