Recipe of the Week

This is one of my all time favorites!
Chicken Pillows
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and diced
1 8oz cream cheese softened
1/4 to 1/2 cup of minced onion
Combine those ingredients together and set aside. You can use rhodes dough or canned biscuits. You take a roll and put a spoonful of the filling inside and bring the sides around it so the filling is in the middle. Melt some butter and take croutons and crush them. Then take the roll and put it in the butter then into the crouton mix and put them on a cookie sheet. Bake them for 15 minutes or until brown at 350. In the mean time make a sauce to go on them. Take 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of milk and heat it. When the pillows are done put them and the sauce on the table so people can put the sauce on themselves if they want it. Enjoy!

Recipe for the week

Inside out Hamburgers

These are one of my favorites you take your hamburger patty and smash it very thin then put bbq sauce, your choice of cheese and some bacon either cooked or raw in the middle. Take the sides and fold it over so everything is in the inside! After they are cooked you just make them up like a regular burger but you have all the good stuff in the middle! They are so good its making my mouth water. Enjoy!
